by road (FROM AMSTERDAM SCHIPHOL)
There is many taxi services or shuttle services from Amsterdam Schiphol that will bring you directly to hotel Nhow. Please book taxi’s only at the official taxi stand, just outside the arrival terminal. Do not use people that offer you services at the entry lounge, only use official taxi’s that you can recognize by either the sign taxi on top of their car and/or their blue/white license plates. Each driver should also have his identity card on it’s dashboard.
Transit from Amsterdam to Hotel is approx. 45-50 Minutes, and average cost for taxi should be around 80 Euro. During rush hours the transit can take longer .
by road (FROM ANY DIRECTION)
If you would rent or come by car, then follow directions to Rotterdam, The Netherlands. On highway keep following Rotterdam onto the A16, until exit Rotterdam Feijenoord, follow S106 to Feijenoord (DE KUIP) onto the John.F Kennedy weg, follow road and signs Feijenoord (Havens 1040-1200) on the John F. Kennedyweg, until you see the (soccer) stadium and “Topsport Centrum Rotterdam” in front of you. Keep right on road and at stop lights in front of “Topsport Centrum Rotterdam, follow road to the right onto the Stadionweg, keep straight on for a while. The Stadion weg will follow via the Varkenoordseviaduct into the Laan op Zuid, keep following the Laan op zuid for a while until it makes a turn to the left onto Wilhelminakade, on right side you will now see the river “Maas” and the “Erasmusbrug” in Rotterdam also nicknamed as The Swan, one of Rotterdam’s icons.
At the stop lights/crossing go straight on and follow Wilhelminakade, you will see the Hotel Nhow on your right side. Entree to the garage is also on right side , just after passing the hotel .
Parking costs are 25 Euro per day.
by train (FROM AMSTERDAM SCHIPHOL)
From Amsterdam, Schiphol there is a rail connection directly to Rotterdam, Central Station.
You can take an intercity train, which would depart every 10 minutes and takes maximum 45 Minutes. The Intercity Direct (fast Train) should take maximum 25-30 Minutes.
Via below link you could pre-order your tickets, but you can also easily buy tickets and get information at Amsterdam Schiphol. For the intercity Direct you need to buy an additional voucher which costs approx. 2,70 Euro on top of a one way ticket.
From Central Station, you can either take Metro, Tram or Taxi to Hotel. For Metro or Tram take exit Wilheminaplein, after exit the metro or tram, walk in Direction of Wilhelminakade. Hotel is next to Erasmus bridge and next to cruise terminal, right at the river “”Maas”. Tickets for the Metro or Tram, you can buy at Rotterdam Central station.
